Aan Van Leeuwen Truck Service we were allowed to deliver a ramp truck for the transport of 2 cars built on a MAN. In combination with the Tijhof TA35-ANN trailer, which was also delivered, this provides a flexible transport system that can respond to all transport situations and needs.

Tijhof also builds heavy trucks ramps for 2 cars with a steel structure. Our customer can also choose from many variable elements and additional options for these models. This structure is equipped with:

• Spindles: instead of the existing lifting system, portals with spindles have been installed so that the floor at the front can remain in any desired position. This makes it possible, for example, to load buses, combos or MPVs on the upper floor.
• A lifting system in which the rear part of the top floor can be moved up and down by means of 2 diagonally placed hydraulic cylinders with nickel-chrome rods.
• A tilting rear overhang containing a double, hydraulically extending floor so that loading can be carried out directly from the road surface.
• We have ensured a final finish down to the last detail. For the optimal result, the structure has been completely dismantled and then sandblasted and sprayed with an epoxy primer. Scooping provides an extra protective layer. The top floor is hot-dip galvanized.

The 3,5-ton aluminum trailer, type TA35-ANN, consists of two chassis beams, completely aluminum, on which the self-supporting aluminum floor profiles are mounted. A steel, galvanized drawbar is bolted to the chassis beams.
