Are you not completely satisfied with your order? No problem.
Below you can read how returns work. Please note whether you ordered as a consumer or a business customer. Different rules apply.
Right of withdrawal (only for consumers)
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have a maximum of 14 days to return your product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can contact us via warehouse@tijhof.nl.
We will then send you a return form. Using this form is helpful for faster processing of your return.
Conditions for returns
- The costs of return shipping are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed or in the event of an error on our part.
- The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, if reasonably possible.
- In the event of damaged or incomplete return shipments, a reduction in value may be charged to you.
- You are liable for any decrease in the value of the product if this results from use that goes beyond what is necessary to assess the product.
- Preferably include the return form with your shipment to speed up processing.
Exceptions
The following products are excluded from the right of withdrawal:
- Products that are specially made to measure or ordered according to customer specifications
Refund policy
Upon receipt of your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product or until you have demonstrated that the product has been returned.
Returns (business customers)
For business customers (B2B), there is no statutory right of withdrawal. Returns are possible based on agreements made.

Upon approval, we will send you a return form and inform you about the further processing.
