Returns Policy

Returns

You place an order and receive it the next working day. Can you still exchange?

As long as you change your mind in time, we will make returns no problem. View all information about returning your order below.

Revoked (private individuals only)

You have the right to return your order within 5 days. For a return, use our returns form.

  • Packages without an attached return slip cannot be processed.
  • You must submit your return order within 5 working days of receipt.
  • Any return costs will be borne by the client.
  • Items must be returned undamaged and will be checked and assessed upon receipt. So make sure you provide sufficient protection for the product during transport.
  • Specially ordered parts cannot be returned.
  • In order to complete the return notification, the form must be completed in full.

What happens after your return?

After a valid return, you will receive the purchase price of your order from us within 14 days. We will pay you using the same payment method as the original transaction took place, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

The shipping costs for returns are at your own expense, unless we have made an incorrect delivery. If we receive the return shipment damaged or incomplete, costs will be charged. These costs are at the discretion of Tijhof Autotransportsystemen BV and determined reasonably.

Returns (businesses only)

It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we want to do everything we can not to leave you with an unpleasant feeling. That is why we have also set up a returns process for our business customers. Below you can read how you can return an order as a business customer:

  1. Complete the returns form completely and send it to warehouse@tijhof.nl.
  2. As soon as we have received the returns form, you will receive confirmation of your return within one working day. Print the returns form and add it to the package.
  3. Depending on the agreements made, a replacement product will be sent or we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days.

Important: include a copy of the returns form with your return shipment. If this form is not available, we will be less able to process and/or refund the return shipment!
