Jan Stouten chose, after already three trailers at Tijhof Autotransportsystemen had purchased, also for Tijhof for the delivery of his 5 lader. These are the 'giants' among car transporters: ramps with a loading capacity for 5 cars, the maximum possible for a truck. In combination with a trailer, this creates a car transport system that offers the greatest possible capacity.

With smart constructions we ensure that all available space can be used to maximum effect. This is done, for example, with the help of stepless height adjustment through various lifting systems at the front and rear. There are special lifting tables in the subfloor for the transport of higher vehicles such as MPVs, commercial vehicles and off-road vehicles.

In addition to the robust steel structure, we have equipped this ramp with the following specifications:

• 3 meter extension: the top floor is hydraulically extendable by 3.00 metres, of which 1.50 meters is loadable. We closed the sliding piece in the middle. A folding piece is mounted on the sliding piece over the entire width. This is height adjustable and provides a better approach angle.
• We have installed a loading platform above the cabin. The cap makes it possible to load a fifth car. The visible sides are painted in the color of the cabin.
• We have installed a hydraulic lifting table in the subfloor, so that the 1st car at the rear is approx. 15 cm. can drop.
• Portals with spindles have been mounted so that the floor at the front can remain in any desired position. This makes it possible, for example, to load buses, combos or MPVs on the upper floor.
• The rear part of the top load can be moved up and down in its entirety by means of lifting arms and hydraulic cylinders with nickel-chrome rods.
  An extendable part is mounted in the lifting arms, which makes it possible to extend the lifting arms hydraulically. The lifting arm is firmly attached to the upper floor at the top.
• Tilting rear deck with a hydraulically extending floor, so that loading can be done directly from the road surface. The aft deck and extension are also painted in the color of the superstructure.
• 2 hydraulic winches, radio controlled.
• Completely closed side shield.
• 2 Steel tool boxes.
• LED work lights.
