Commissioned by Louwman Mercedes-Benz Den Bosch we were allowed to build an AluLiner on a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 517 for Autobedrijf A. van Esch. Tijhof Automotive has equipped this ramp with full air suspension on the rear axle. This air suspension makes it possible to lower the ramp at the rear and also offers the great advantage that the ramp has a constant ride height, both unladen and loaded.

The AluLiner is the perfect example of an extremely functional structure with a solid appearance. We have supplied this ramp with the following options:

• Construction width of 2.20 meters.
• LED width lamps.
• Side beam with hole profile.
• Aluminum spoiler / fly-over with Tijhof lasered into the spoiler.
• Electric construction winch.
• Sliding winch.

• Closed side guard.

Not only are the visible sides and the closed side shield painted in the metallic cabin color, the front bumper, door handles and bumper strips on the doors are also painted in this color.
