Emil Frey Mobility (the new name of Nefkens Rent & Transport), has been a Tijhof customer for some time and has been completely satisfied. Emil Frey Mobility operates several different vehicles with a Tijhof structure. This time Tijhof was once again able to deliver an AluLiner built on a Peugeot Boxer.

The AluLiner is the perfect example of an extremely functional structure with a solid appearance. This model has proven itself as a successful lightweight aluminum structure, suitable for any brand of commercial vehicle. Thanks to the extensive list of options, it is possible to put together your own unique ramp. We have built this AluLiner with the following options:

• Instead of the standard aluminum floor, a floor with a perforated profile has been installed, the intermediate part of which is closed by a checker plate. The wheel stands and tension straps can be clamped/hooked into this profile.
• We have made the side shield completely closed, including LED built-in side lighting. The tool box is integrated into this side shield and equipped with an LED lamp.
• An aluminum flyover, equipped with fully connected Hella rear lights and with Tijhof lasered into the spoiler.
• We have mounted and connected an LED flash bar with 22 modules on top of the spoiler/fly-over.
• We have installed folding pieces in the existing ramps that make it possible to load lower-lying cars.

Tijhof Automotive has equipped the ramp with full air suspension on the rear axle. This air suspension offers the great advantage that the ramp has a constant ride height, both unladen and loaded, and this makes it possible to lower the ramp at the rear. Without this air suspension, many cars will hit the ramps with their bumpers.
