You regularly see our successful model 'the AluLiner' on the road. With its lightweight construction, this is the ideal car transporter for the transport of 1 car. At Job Automotive if we could have one AluLiner delivered built on a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter.

With a platform length of approximately 5.200 mm and a width of 2.200 mm, we have constructed the structure with, among other things:

• An aluminum edge profile to which a round side railing is welded. This makes it possible to through tension straps to secure the load.
• Shelf guide.
• At the rear we have installed a fully aluminum rear window in which recesses are provided for mounting the fully aluminum ramps. The aluminum ramps can be stored in a sled under the floor and pushed out against a stop for driving up. (This means you only have to lift half the weight)!
• We have mounted a ball coupling on the rear window with the maximum permitted traction force of the car.
• Set of width lamps.

The structure is supplied with the following options:

• Set of aluminum ramps 2200 x 450mm without raised edge and equipped with folding pieces.
• Flyover equipped with fully connected Hella rear lights with Tijhof lasered into the spoiler.
• We have mounted and connected an LED flashing light bar with 22 individual LED modules on top of the spoiler/flyover.
• An electric built-in winch (radio controlled).
• Completely closed side shield.
• Two aluminum Tijhof tool boxes (mounted left and right) integrated into the side shield.
• Reversing lamps are mounted on the left and right in the side shield. These are fully integrated and provide more comfort and safety in the dark.
• Instead of the standard aluminum floor, a floor with a perforated profile has been installed. The intermediate part is closed by aluminum floor parts, making it possible to load the floor between the lanes. The wheel stands and tension straps can be clamped/hooked into this profile.

By Tijhof Automotive the ramp is equipped with full air suspension on the rear axle. This makes it possible to lower the ramp at the rear and also offers the great advantage that the ramp has a constant ride height, both unladen and loaded. The height difference between a leaf and an air-suspended car is approximately 18cm. Without air suspension, many cars will hit the ramps with their bumpers.
