Tijhof Automotive has equipped this ramp with auxiliary air suspension. This suspension supports the existing suspension of the vehicle and ensures that (structural) loading or stability problems are solved. This form of suspension is often used when the normal suspension is inadequate due to heavy loads or when there are load differences in the vehicle.

We have built this AluLiner with the following options:

• Instead of the standard aluminum floor, a floor with a hole profile has been installed. The intermediate section is closed by aluminum floor parts, allowing the floor to be loaded between the lanes. The wheel stands and tension straps can be clamped/hooked into this profile.
• Flyover equipped with fully connected Hella rear lights.
• An electric built-in winch, 3.600 kg pulling power with cable guide that we mounted half in the floor. We have placed an aluminum cover over the winch.
• Steel wheel stands.
• Closed side screen including LED built-in side lighting.
