With Stokman Renault we received a nice order for the construction of an AluLiner on a Renault Master chassis cabin intended for Stoop Tuinmachines BV “This is the first Tijhof for us,” says Pascal Kranenburg. “Tijhof was recommended to us by Stokman and we do not regret this choice. Communication was perfect and we are very happy with the end result. It might also be nice to mention that Reclasign from Heerhugowaard took care of the beautiful design of the sails and Albers Zeilmakerij from Hoogeveen was responsible for their implementation.”

The AluLiner is the perfect example of an extremely functional structure with a solid appearance. This model has proven itself as a successful lightweight aluminum structure, suitable for any brand of commercial vehicle. Thanks to the extensive list of options, a unique ramp vehicle could once again be put together. Some specifications:

• Instead of the standard aluminum floor, a floor with a hole profile has been installed, the intermediate part of which is closed by aluminum floor parts. This makes it possible to load the floor between the lanes. The wheel stands and tension straps can be clamped/hooked into this profile.
• Set of aluminum ramps without a raised edge that can be moved over the entire width from left to right.
• 2 additional aluminum planks will be placed in a guide above the license plate. By sliding the 4 planks together, you create 1 wide ramp.
• The electric built-in winch can be operated by radio and is equipped with an aluminum cover.
• An aluminum toolbox.
• Closed sail construction with roll-up rear sail.
