De AluLiner is through Tijhof Automotive equipped with full air suspension on the rear axle. This innovative fully automatic air suspension system ensures absolute driving stability and high driving comfort. This also makes it possible to lower the ramp at the rear and this air suspension also offers the great advantage that the ramp has a constant ride height, both unladen and loaded.
The height difference between a leaf and an air-suspended Sprinter is approximately 18cm. Without air suspension, many cars will hit the ramps with their bumpers.

In addition to numerous options such as an aluminum spoiler with fly-over, an electric surface-mounted winch, closed side shielding, integrated reversing lights and an LED flash bar, we have also installed a 12V starting aid in the aluminum tool box. We have placed a plug in the box that is connected directly to the battery. A cable (5 m) with clamps and the socket are supplied in a plastic case.

At the front of the Tijhof TA35-ANN trailer we have installed a support for hooking up the ramps in order to drive through to the front vehicle. These drive-through supports are equipped with stainless steel trays to prevent damage. Other specifications include:

• Floor with hole profile.
• Drawbar cover plate.
• Drawbar lock.
• Fold-down nose wheel.
• Ramps.
