For Roel van der Giessen it started with the purchase of a used Peugeot Boxer with Tijhof construction in 2019. He liked this drive-on truck and has driven many kilometers with it. Then he bought a Tijhof  TA30-ANN trailer and a new Iveco Daily with Tijhof construction. There was no doubt that it should now become 'just' a Tijhof again, according to a satisfied Roel. The chassis was in stock at Tijhof and was therefore quickly available.

With this AluLiner built on a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter VDG Automotive opted for an extremely functional structure with a solid appearance. A successful lightweight aluminum structure that can be put together entirely according to your own wishes thanks to the extensive list of options. In combination with a trailer, the AluLiner a flexible transport system that is suitable for numerous transport situations.

The structure is supplied with the following options:

• Aluminum flyover.
• Electric built-in winch with aluminum cover and radio control.
• Aluminum tool box.
• Closed side screen with an entry.
• Floor with hole profile instead of standard aluminum floor.
• A ball and a 13-pin socket mounted on the bulkhead.

Tijhof Automotive has equipped the ramp with full air suspension on the rear axle. This air suspension offers the great advantage that the ramp has a constant ride height, both unladen and loaded, and this makes it possible to lower the ramp at the rear. Without this air suspension, many cars will hit the ramps with their bumpers.
