Ordered before Car Heurkens we were allowed to build a Tijhof AluLiner on a Renault Master FWD. With its lightweight construction, this is the ideal one car transporter for the transport of 1 car. In combination with the delivered TA27-ANN trailer the transport capacity can thus be significantly expanded. This 2,7-ton aluminum trailer consists of two chassis beams, completely aluminum, on which self-supporting aluminum floor profiles are mounted. A steel, galvanized drawbar is bolted to the chassis beams.

The structure of the ramp is equipped with, among other things:

• Floor with hole profile.
• 4 x steel wheel stands.
• Aluminum spoiler / flyover.
• Electric built-in winch with aluminum cover and radio remote control.
• Aluminum tool box.
• Full air suspension on the rear axle in Tijhof version.
• Rail for nose wheel.
• Rear window and flat ramps.
• Side lighting.
