Aan Car scrap yard De Amstel/ MF Heijsteeg we have this beautiful Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 519CDI with a Tijhof Aluliner construction Delivered. A steel subframe is mounted on the chassis, consisting of U-profiles, which extend to the extreme rear. A second U-profile has been bolted to the rear of the existing chassis, which together with the first U-profile forms a strong triangular connection for mounting the towing device.

Instead of a round railing, a side beam with a hole profile has been mounted. This has created 5 cm more useful width and tension straps can be easily secured. We also installed a complete aluminum self-supporting floor consisting of self-supporting floor parts linked by an aluminum edge profile.

The fly-over is equipped with fully connected original Mercedes-Benz LED rear lights and LED side lighting is also built into the completely closed side shield. In addition, reversing lights are mounted on the left and right of the side shield. These are fully integrated and provide more comfort and safety in the dark. An LED flash bar (22 flash modules) is mounted and connected on top of the spoiler/fly-over.

By installing full air suspension it is possible to lower the ramp at the rear and this also offers the great advantage that the ramp has a constant ride height, both unladen and loaded. The height difference between a leaf and an air-suspended Sprinter is approximately 18cm. Without air suspension, many cars will hit the ramps with their bumpers.
