For light and heavy work: custom trailers
Car transport trailers come in many shapes and sizes. We design and build trailers in-house for every transport need – from a lightweight aluminum or steel version up to 3,5 tons to a steel trailer for transports of up to 4 cars with a total weight of 19 tons. Quality is an important starting point, but also practical use: for which transport situations is the trailer intended? Every customer has specific wishes, which is why the standard versions of the trailers can be expanded with various options. This is how we arrive at optimal tailor-made solutions - it is not without reason that we are the specialist in the field of car transport!
Trailers up to 3,5 tons
We have a wide range in the weight class up to 3.500 kilos, such as:
- the TA-ANN series;
- the tilting trailers from the TA-ANN Sports series;
- two-loaders;
- meager followers.
Our successful car transport trailers from the TA-ANN series are ideal for a load of 1.500 to 3.000 kilos. This aluminum trailer consists of two chassis beams, made entirely of aluminium, on which the self-supporting aluminum floor profiles are mounted. Also very popular is our tilting trailer from the TA-ANN Sports series, a tilting trailer with a very flat approach angle of approx. 6.5°. These tilting trailers are available in 3.000 and 3.500 kilogram versions. Our range also includes two chargers such as the TD35 and TT35. As a true transport specialist, we also supply drawbar trailers, two- or three-axle trailers, which are electrically or air-braked.
Trailers from 3,5 tons for 1 to 4 cars
We also have a wide range of models and options for the transport of 1 to 4 cars with a weight of 3.500 kilos or more, all of which can of course be adapted in-house to your wishes. Trailers for 1 or 2 cars can be supplied in aluminum version up to 7,7 tons, above that in steel version. We only supply steel trailers for the transport of 3 or 4 cars with a total weight of 12 to 19 tons.
Combinations with ramps
Thanks to our many years of experience in bodywork construction and because we design and build car transporters in-house, we can also supply custom combinations that are built exactly according to the customer's wishes. There are numerous options for combining various bodies and trailers. In this way we create transport options that ensure that you can make flexible and optimal use of your transport combination. We are happy to think along with you and test which combinations are possible and legally permitted.
