Aan Job Twente we were allowed to deliver a 2/3 loader with a Tijhof TA77-ANN trailer. Due to the good quality and flexibility, this is now the third Tijhof for Baan. After years of driving a relatively small car, it was now time to expand to more volume. An increase in scale because next to Mercedes-Benz the Ford brand has also been added to Baan Twente.

Tijhof Autotransportsystemen designs and builds ramps for 2/3 cars with steel superstructure, which can be customized with a large number of flexible elements and additional options. In combination with a car transport trailer This leads to even more flexibility and loading capacity – ideal for companies with varying transport needs.

The 2/3 charger is equipped with the following specifications:

• Perforated plate floor where wheel stands and tension straps can be hooked. The floor between the lanes is closed with diamond plate.
• Instead of the existing lifting system, portals with spindles have been installed so that the floor at the front can remain in any desired position. This makes it possible, for example, to load buses, combos or MPVs on the upper floor.
• The rear part of the top floor can be moved up and down by means of 2 diagonally placed hydraulic cylinders with nickel-chrome rods.
• A hydraulic lifting table has been mounted in the subfloor, so that the 1st car can be lifted approximately 15cm at the rear. can drop.
• Tilting rear overhang with a hydraulically extending floor, so that loading can be done directly from the road surface. The aft deck and extension are galvanized as standard and sprayed in the color of the superstructure.
• An electric winch mounted in a galvanized frame, equipped with a cable guide and radio controlled.
• 2 Steel tool boxes.
• Completely closed side shield.
• Additional lighting (LED work lights and LED flashes).

We have taken care of the final finish down to the last detail. The superstructure has been blasted and sprayed. Scooping is also happening more and more often. This provides an extra protective layer by thermally applying liquefied zinc, aluminum or an alloy of both. For the optimal result of this operation, the entire structure has been dismantled. And of course we also take care of the necessary inspection by the RDW before delivery.

The TA77-ANN trailer is 6.00 meters long and 2.55 meters wide. The floor is equipped with an aluminum perforated floor profile from front to back for the attachment of wheel stands and tension straps. The floor between the lanes is closed by an aluminum floor profile. Some other specifications:

• Drive-through option.
• Mechanical support leg with removable crank.
• 2 Steel tool boxes.
• Completely closed side shield.
• LED width lights on the rear window and additional lighting (2 LED work lights and 2 LED flashes).
• Flat ramps.
