Iveco Schouten Spijkenisse recently delivered an Iveco Daily 40C21A8 with Tijhof AluLiner construction to Caravanaanbieden.nl. “It is the first Tijhof for us, but I was already familiar with the ramps through family and well-known entrepreneurs who have been driving a Tijhof for years. It is therefore a household name among container builders,” says an enthusiastic Eugene Zwakhoven Caravanaanbieden.nl. “I am extremely satisfied and the communication with Tijhof is good. Just add that we are considering purchasing the second ramp next year.”

At customer request, we have built this AluLiner with a width of 2.350 mm and equipped with the following options:

• An aluminum flyover with fully connected Hella taillights. This provides extra safety because the standard rear lights are no longer visible during loading/unloading. Tijhof is lasered in the spoiler.
• In combination with a closed plate on the fly-over, the LED work lights are recessed and on top of the fly-over we have mounted an LED flashing light bar with 22 individual LED modules.
• The electric built-in winch can be operated by radio and is equipped with an aluminum cover.
• We have mounted an aluminum tool box on both the left and right, equipped with a lockable stainless steel built-in lock. We have installed LED lamps in the boxes. These light up with the side marker lamps.
• The side shield is completely closed, including LED built-in side lighting and equipped with an anti-slip entry on the left and right.
• Instead of the standard aluminum floor, a floor with a perforated profile has been installed, the intermediate part of which is closed by aluminum floor parts, making it possible to load the floor between the lanes. The supplied wheel stands and tension straps can be clamped/hooked into this profile.
• We adjusted the rear window so that flat ramps with folding pieces could be mounted. An additional advantage is that there is no longer a raised edge between the planks and the structure.
• We have mounted a ball on the headboard for the transport of a trailer and a 13-pin socket for connecting the trailer lighting.
• The included nose wheel ramp makes loading the caravans extra easy.
