This is the second Scania in a row that we have fitted with a body and were able to deliver to Revi Special Transport. Both ramps have a steel structure for the transport of 4 cars. The design is derived from the 5-car transporter – the maximum for a car transporter on a truck. To achieve the maximum loading volume of these ramps, the floors have been lowered. Lifting tables are mounted in the subfloor for the transport of high vehicles such as MPVs, vans and all-terrain vehicles. Various lifting systems, at the front and rear, provide stepless height adjustment to achieve the maximum loading volume. The upper floor at the rear is hydraulically extendable.

In combination with the ones already delivered car transport trailer These ramps are car transport systems that not only offer more loading volume, but also more flexibility.

There are also numerous options available for constructing a ramp for 4 cars. Some specifications:

• A hydraulic winch, Pundmann 35,6, has been mounted with a maximum load of 3.56 tons. The winch is mounted in a galvanized frame which is equipped with a cable guide. The winch is radio controlled.
• Fully enclosed side guard with integrated steel tool boxes.
• Wheel stands and tension straps.
• LED work lights.

The structure was completely dismantled and then sandblasted and sprayed with an epoxy primer. The visible sides of the structure, with the exception of the underside of the subfloor and the underside of the top floor, are laminated. The floors are sprayed with a special wear-resistant coating. The color of this coating is anthracite gray. The visible sides (side screen, side beam, etc.) are sprayed in a non-metallic color.
