When we asked why this special color, Arno indicated that he had seen the color on a G class crazy color edition. The AluLiner and trailer have been painted in orange metallic AMG G CLASS edition and they now stand out, according to a satisfied Arno. The AluLiner is the perfect example of an extremely functional structure with a solid appearance. This model has proven itself as a successful lightweight aluminum structure, suitable for any brand of commercial vehicle. Thanks to the extensive list of options, you can put together your own unique ramp. In combination with a trailer, the AluLiner is a flexible transport system that is suitable for numerous transport situations.

We have these AluLiner delivered with the following specifications:

• Fly-over equipped with original Mercedes-Benz LED lighting. We have lasered the text “Crazy Color Edition” into the side of the Fly-over below the Tijhof logo.
• Set of LED work lights mounted on the fly-over.
• Electric built-in winch with aluminum cover.
• The side shield is completely closed, including LED built-in side lighting, integrated tool box and entry.
• Instead of the standard aluminum floor, we have installed a floor with a perforated profile. The intermediate part is closed by aluminum floor parts, making it possible to load the floor between the lanes. The supplied wheel stands can be clamped/hooked into this profile.

Transport needs can vary greatly depending on the situation. Sometimes it is about maximum maneuverability, other times about maximum loading capacity. A combination of a ramp and a trailer is the ideal solution. Arno van Putten cars has chosen the TA30-ANN, one of our success products from the TA-ANN series. This 3-ton aluminum trailer consists of two chassis beams, completely aluminum, on which the self-supporting aluminum floor profiles are mounted. We bolted a steel, galvanized drawbar to the chassis beams. Some specifications:
