Aan Car Gilze we were allowed to deliver an Iveco Daily 50C21 with a Tijhof AluLiner construction. A beautiful new commercial vehicle and with its lightweight structure an ideal car transporter for the transport of 1 car.

De AluLiner is the perfect example of an extremely functional structure with a solid appearance. We built this structure with a standard width of 2.09 m. and with a maximum platform length of 5.85m. This is only possible in combination with a wheelbase of 4.75m. We have equipped the structure with the following options:

• Instead of the standard aluminum floor, we have installed a floor with a hole profile where the intermediate part is closed by a checker plate. The wheel stands and tension straps can be clamped in this profile.
• An electric built-in winch with a radio remote control.
• LED position lights on the rear window.
• We have mounted a ball on the headboard for the transport of a trailer.
• Two aluminum splash-proof boxes (left and right).
• Closed side guard.
• Flyover equipped with fully connected Hella rear lights.
