Aan Car company Sloetjes we were allowed to deliver an AluLiner built on a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. We have upgraded this Sprinter to 5,5t and the wheelbase has been extended from 4.325mm. to 5.100mm. We have mounted a steel subframe on the chassis, consisting of U-profiles, which extend to the extreme rear. A second U-profile has been mounted at the rear of the existing chassis by means of a bolt connection, which together with the first U-profile forms a strong triangular connection for mounting the towing device.

We have equipped the conversion behind the cabin with fully connected Hella rear lights. We have lasered a Mercedes logo, the words Special Edition and Tijhof into the spoiler, with an orange side marker lamp behind it. We also installed 4 red lights at the back of the flyover on the left and right.

Other specifications include:

• An electric built-in winch, 3.600 kg pulling power with cable guide, half in the floor, mounted and radio controlled.
• Two aluminum tool boxes with LED lighting.
• Closed side screen including 4 LED recessed lamps per side.
• Rail for nose wheel.
• Rear window and recessed ramps.
• Installation of folding pieces in the existing ramps, which make it possible to load lower-lying cars.

The ramp is through Tijhof Automotive equipped with full air suspension on the rear axle so that the ramp can be lowered at the rear for a favorable approach angle. Another major advantage is that the ramp has a constant ride height, both unladen and loaded.

Due to our years of experience in bodywork construction and because we... car transporters design and build in-house, we can also supply tailor-made combinations that are built exactly according to the customer's wishes. There are numerous options for combining various bodies and trailers. Autobedrijf Sloetjes has chosen a TA35-ANN trailer, one of our successful car transport trailers from the TA-ANN series

Every customer has specific wishes, which is why the standard version of this trailer has been expanded with the following options:
