Our Norwegian Dealer Vang Auto-Service AS sent beautiful photos of one of our latest projects. For Car company Sunnfjord Bil AS they ordered this beautiful MAN TGS 2, 3 loader. This car ambulance can transport 3 cars and is equipped with a large number of options. We will briefly explain a few options:

• This vehicle is equipped with a range of innovative features that make loading and transporting vehicles efficient and convenient. Let's start with the front plate, which is solidly composed of steel profiles, covered with a robust layer of 60 cm high, 3 mm thick steel plate. This ensures durability and protection.

• The floor of this vehicle has two lanes with special floor plates, suitable for placing wheel supports. The middle part of the floor is closed with a sturdy steel ball plate. Handy: there is also storage space for wheel supports on the side. In addition, three holes have been made on both the left and right sides of the floor to mount a vertical winch roller, providing extra flexibility when loading and unloading.

• The front of the vehicle is equipped with a system that uses spindles. These spindles are mounted on portals, allowing the floor to be placed in any desired position at the front. This makes it possible to load vehicles of different sizes, such as buses, vans and MPVs, on the upper deck.

• A useful aspect of this vehicle is the system that allows the rear part of the upper floor to be raised and lowered. This is achieved by means of two tilted hydraulic cylinders with nickel-chrome shafts. These cylinders are designed to withstand possible hose rupture, increasing safety and reliability.

• A hydraulic rear overhang is also integrated into the design, including an extendable floor. This makes it possible to charge directly from street level, making the entire charging process more efficient. In addition, both the overhang and the extension of the rear overhang are galvanized as standard, which ensures a longer lifespan.

• To make loading vehicles even more convenient, a hydraulic loading ramp is built into the floor. This allows the first car at the back to be lowered to approximately 10 cm, which simplifies loading and unloading.

• A powerful hydraulic winch with a maximum capacity of 3,6 tons is mounted on the vehicle. This winch comes with a frame and cable router, and is operated with a handy cable control.

• And if that's not enough, a wireless remote control is available to operate all hydraulic functions. This includes the winch, spindles, lift cylinders for both the upper and lower decks, and even the hydraulic rear overhang.

• In addition, the vehicle's side screens are completely closed, with removable plates where necessary. These screens are equipped with integrated toolboxes and LED side lights, which further enhances functionality and safety. In short, this vehicle combines advanced technologies and useful features to make loading, transporting and operating vehicles efficient and effortless.

• Finally, this vehicle offers convenient storage options in the form of two steel tool boxes. These boxes are ideal for safely storing necessary tools.
