Ordered before Autohaus Heinrich Senden Tijhof was allowed to take care of the construction of an Iveco Daily 70C. This is supplied with the following options, among others:

• The structure includes a set of aluminum ramps measuring 2200 x 450 mm, without a raised edge. These are installed in combination with air suspension.
• A functional fly-over of 2250 mm wide which has been added behind the cabin. This flyover comes standard with Hella rear lights, carefully connected to provide extra safety during loading and unloading when the standard rear lights may not be visible.
• An LED flashing light bar with 22 individual LED modules is mounted on top of the flyover. This metal housing provides an eye-catching visual indicator and improved visibility.
• Furthermore, LED work lights have been integrated into the flyover, providing adequate light for loading and unloading activities, even in low-light conditions.
• A 12V electric surface-mounted winch with a pulling force of 3.600 kg has been installed. This winch is equipped with cable routing and roller mechanisms on the loading floor, with a frame that allows manual shifting from left to right.
• The surface-mounted winch controls have been upgraded with a dual-function radio remote control, allowing wireless control for greater convenience.
• In addition, two aluminum storage boxes from Tijhof, each with dimensions of 800 x 355 x 475 mm, are placed on the left and right sides of the vehicle. These splash-proof boxes are equipped with safety chains and lockable stainless steel built-in locks and fully integrated into the closed side screen.
• The side shield of the structure is completely closed and equipped with LED built-in side lighting, replacing the standard lighting.
• A practical entry on the left side of the side screen was created, finished with anti-slip.

Together with the Iveco Daily the TA35-ANN trailer delivered. This is supplied with the following options, among others:

• To start with, the Tijhof trailer has a folding nose wheel. This makes it possible to drive from trailer to front vehicle without having to remove the nose wheel.
• Another feature is the drawbar cover plate. The wheel stands can be stored on this, creating an organized storage solution.
• The side shield of the Tijhof trailer is completely closed and contains built-in LED side lighting for improved visibility and safety. In addition, the toolbox is seamlessly integrated into this side shield, creating a streamlined and functional storage option.
• A hole plate floor with a middle section of aluminum floor planks was chosen for the floor. The wheel stands and tension straps can easily be attached to the holed floor. Because the middle section is a closed floor, it can also be used for loading. In addition, there is a drive-through option at the front of the Tijhof trailer, which allows the use of ramps for effortless access to the front vehicle.
• To increase durability, stainless steel trays have been mounted in the drive-through supports to minimize damage.
• The 35 mm wide tension straps with ratchet buckles and chevrons ensure a secure attachment of the vehicles. In addition, a set of shock absorbers have been mounted on the axles, which not only contributes to a more comfortable driving experience, but also offers options for a possible inspection for speeds up to 100 km/h.
• To improve visibility and safety, LED width lamps have been mounted on the rear window of the Tijhof trailer.
