We already had a nice Iveco Daily + AluLiner on a while ago Car Gilze delivered and has now been expanded with a matching Tijhof TA35-ANN trailer. This popular trailer embodies practical functionality and has been specifically designed to meet the needs of Auto Gilze.

The TA35-ANN trailer has dimensions of 5,50 meters by 2,20 meters and therefore offers sufficient space for the safe transport of cars. With Al-Ko axles that have a capacity of 3.500 kg, equipped with rubber suspension and reliable braking, the trailer offers stability and control during transport. The Trailermaxx tires in size 195/50 R13 contribute to safety and performance while driving and are ideal for transporting cars. The TA35-ANN trailer is equipped with a sturdy base frame and side beam with railing, together with a set of aluminum ramps measuring 2200 x 450 mm for easy loading and unloading.

The trailer's lighting has been carefully designed to ensure optimal visibility and safety. The closed side shield includes integrated LED lighting.

It was decided to provide the TA35-ANN trailer with some useful extras, such as a fold-down nose wheel, which makes it possible to drive from trailer to front vehicle without having to dismantle the nose wheel. The trailer also contains an aluminum plate on the drawbar for storing wheel stands. The Steady Drawbar Lock offers extra security.

The trailer side guard is fully enclosed and includes splash-proof aluminum boxes on both sides providing storage space for tools and supplies. These boxes are equipped with lockable stainless steel built-in locks for extra protection.

In addition, the TA35-ANN trailer is equipped with some adjustments that enhance its functionality:

• Perforated plate floor, center diamond plate 5500: This trailer is distinguished by the installation of a perforated profile floor instead of the standard aluminum floor. The intermediate part of this floor is closed with checker plate as standard, creating a versatile and practical surface. Wheel stands and lashing straps can easily be clamped or hooked here, making securing loads more efficient.
• Drive-through option: For extra ease of use, a special support has been mounted on the front of the trailer. This support allows the attachment of ramps, making the process of driving through to the front vehicle seamless and hassle-free.
• Stainless steel in drive-through supports: With attention to durability and protection against damage, stainless steel trays have been fitted to the trailer's drive-through supports. This well-thought-out detail not only adds extra strength to the construction, but also ensures that the trailer stays looking new for longer.

These modifications enhance the versatility and functionality of the TA35-ANN trailer, making car hauling a streamlined and reliable experience. With attention to detail and practical needs, this trailer offers an advanced car transport solution, supported by smart features that make loading, transporting and unloading vehicles efficient and easy.
