For Solar team Eindhoven if we could have one closed Tijhof TO5000 semi-trailer building to transport their Stella Vita Solar car. A chassis welded from high-quality steel, light and strong, insensitive to aging and completely galvanized.

The closed structure is finished RTS Delden realized on an aluminum base frame with 2×2 doors placed in the side walls on the left and right. This makes it possible to easily secure the wheels of the Solar car using tension straps and wheel stands that can be clamped/hooked into the floor with a hole profile. We have installed 1 extra door at the door of the Solar car to make it possible to get in and out. 6 ceiling lights have been placed inside and 2 work lights near the rear doors. The Hella rear lights with Hella LED side marker lights, top lights at the front and rear and the position lights at the rear are all connected in accordance with the EEC directive.

We closed the bottom of the trailer with 2mm aluminum plate. The 2 extra ramps of approximately 2.20m are made connectable and supported by an aluminum trestle. This ensures that the Stella Vita can be driven indoors without any problems.

The electric winch with a pulling force of 3.600 kg with cable guide can be operated by radio.
