Aan WB Autoservice From Pesse we delivered a Tijhof AluLiner bodywork on an Iveco Daily chassis cabin and a TA27-ANN trailer. The beautiful black Iveco Daily has been given the AluLiner with the following options:

Subframe IVD 35C-50C complete
The original chassis has been bent and extended by means of a bolted chassis extension. An aluminum subframe is mounted on the chassis, consisting of bent profiles, which extend to the extreme rear.

Rear window with stop 2090 mm wide.
A full aluminum rear window has been mounted at the rear with recesses for mounting the full aluminum ramps. The aluminum ramps can be neatly stored in a slide under the floor and pushed out against a stop for driving up. (This means you only have to lift half the weight!)

Ball coupling 50 mm
A ball coupling is mounted on the rear window with the maximum permitted traction force of the car.

Set of aluminum ramp 2200 x 450 mm, lightweight flat
Ramps without raised edge. These are fitted as standard in combination with air suspension.

flyover 
The conversion behind the cabin. This is equipped with fully connected Hella rear lights. This provides extra safety because the standard rear lights are no longer visible during loading and unloading. Safety comes first at Tijhof! And of course, as with virtually all flyovers, the Tijhof logo is lasered into the spoiler.

12V built-in winch
An electric built-in winch with a pulling force of 3.600 kg and with cable guidance has been mounted, half in the floor. The winch is supplied with a cable to operate the winch. An aluminum cover has been placed over the built-in winch. A radio remote control with 2 functions is also included. This makes it possible to operate the winch wirelessly, using a handheld transmitter and the associated receiver.

Aluminum boxes
Two aluminum boxes are mounted on the left and right. These are splash-proof and the lids are equipped with safety chains and a lockable stainless steel built-in lock.

Closed side guard
The side shield is completely closed, including handy LED built-in side lighting instead of the standard version. A practical entry has been made in the side shield on the left and right and is finished with anti-slip.

Perforated plate floor in the middle of the floorboards
Instead of the standard aluminum floor, a floor with a perforated profile has been installed. The intermediate part is closed by aluminum floor parts, making it possible to load the floor between the lanes. The wheel stands and tension straps can be clamped/hooked into this profile.

Bullet on the headboard
A ball is mounted on the headboard for the transport of a trailer. This is of course not complete without a 13-pin socket on the headboard for connecting the lighting of a trailer.

Integrated reversing lights
A reversing lamp is mounted on the left and right of the side shield. These are fully integrated and provide more comfort and safety in the dark. These lamps are connected to the rear window.

Aluminum shelf extension set
Placing loose extension planks behind the flat ramps creates a flatter ramp angle. The extension boards fit, very conveniently, in a tool box.

But let's also take the popular ones TA27-ANN trailer do not forget! This is supplied with the following options, among others:

Fold-down nose wheel
It is these kinds of details that make the TA27-ANN so popular. A folding nose wheel makes it possible to drive from trailer to front vehicle without having to dismantle the nose wheel. Less hassle, more fun!

Closed side guard
The side shield is completely closed, including LED built-in side lighting instead of the standard version, any tool box will be integrated into this side shield.

Integrated reversing lights
A reversing lamp is mounted on the left and right in the closed side shield. These are fully integrated and provide more comfort and safety in the dark. These lamps are connected to the reverse gear.
