Back to basics: the UltraLiner

Car transport is all about weight. Cars are becoming heavier, so we have to build lighter. By going back to basics, we have managed to develop an aluminum structure for a ramp with a net weight of approximately 300 kg, the answer to the problem of overloading! Despite its low weight, the UltraLiner is equipped as standard with all the important elements of a solid ramp, such as:

• two aluminum roadways with perforated profiles;
• a 3.500 kg towbar if permitted by the manufacturer;
• aluminum ramps;
• LED side marker lamps.

With numerous additional options, we can also optimize the UltraLiner according to your wishes. The model is also suitable for combination with a car transport trailer

The new UltraLiner II with 1.500 kg payload

The new aluminum car transport body of the “UltraLiner II” series, developed by Tijhof Autotransportsystemen and Tijhof Automotive based on the Ford Transit FWD (Light Duty), with its max. 1.500 kg payload, is currently one of the winners in the car transport weight class up to 3.500 kg total weight.

With a net weight of approximately 2000 kg, this UltraLiner II is equipped as standard with:

• Air suspension: for lowering the car. This creates an optimal approach angle of 7,8 degrees.
• Two aluminum lanes with perforated profile.
• A 2.800 kg trailer weight.
• Aluminum ramps.
• LED side marker lamps.

Functional and solid: the AluLiner

The AluLiner is the perfect example of an extremely functional structure with a solid appearance. This model has proven itself as a successful lightweight aluminum structure, suitable for any brand of commercial vehicle. Thanks to the extensive list of options, you can put together your own unique ramp. In combination with a trailer, the AluLiner is a flexible transport system that is suitable for numerous transport situations.
